MEMOIR
Title: What life is.
“In very sunny life, a little rain must fall.”
Life is always full of surprises. Problems are part of our
daily lives. It is indeed like washing machines that twist us, spin us and
knock us out so we can come out cleaner and better than before. We may feel
like we had enough of it, but instead of complaining to God, ask for his
guidance and may he give you the power to face all your problems.
I’m the type of a girl who is called “happy go lucky”.
Growing up, I didn’t take life too seriously. I run away whenever problems come
in my way. Relying to others, hoping that they could fix all the glitch in my
life. But then, the day came when no one could help me but my own self.
Remembering the time when my mom was so mad at me because I came home late. We
had a misunderstanding. She didn’t give me my allowance for me to learn my
lesson. How am I supposed to go to school if I don’t have any fare? It’s hard
for me to lower my pride. That’s why it took us weeks before I realized that I really
did a mistake. I hate to admit it but it all was my fault. So, I talked to my
mom and ask for her forgiveness. We had a serious talk and I promised not to
come home late anymore.
Life has its up, side, downs. How can you say that you’re
living the life if you didn’t experience to fall sometimes? Life is a long and
winding road to take. Full of happiness and difficulties on a side. But
whatever happens, always remember that God is on our side.
